教师职业驱动:价值预期、利益偏好与行为方式

【摘要】:当前,以社会需求为本位的教师职业驱动机制要兼顾教师个体职业理想和专业愿景,教师职业道德的继承性也不能脱离市场经济的方式,承认一定的物质利益是教师职业发展和道德行为选择必不可少的条件。通过了解教师职业的利益偏好,建立畅通的表达渠道,不将教师行为管理建立在对教师道德人格的假设之上,采用以教师个体为单位的多维管理方式,是突破学校教育改革瓶颈的动力。
[Abstract]:At present, the teachers' professional driving mechanism based on social demand should take into account the teachers' individual professional ideal and professional vision, and the inheritance of teachers' professional ethics cannot be separated from the way of market economy. Recognizing certain material interests is an essential condition for teachers' professional development and moral behavior choice. Through understanding the interest preference of the teacher profession, establishing the unblocked channel of expression, not basing the teacher's behavior management on the assumption of the teacher's moral personality, adopting the multi-dimensional management mode with the teacher's individual as the unit. It is the motive force to break through the bottleneck of school education reform.
