论校园欺凌的软硬法治理

【摘要】：校园欺凌现象已经成为当今一大社会问题。立法、惩戒机制的缺失,干预机制的滞后和犯罪成本偏低,使得校园欺凌有愈演愈烈的趋势。校园欺凌的预防与根治是亟待解决的问题,构建硬软法混合治理模式,是从根本上遏制校园欺凌的有效途径。
[Abstract]:Bullying on campus has become a major social problem today. The lack of legislation and punishment mechanism, the lag of intervention mechanism and the low cost of crime make the bullying on campus become more and more serious. The prevention and cure of campus bullying is an urgent problem to be solved.
