初中生学业倦怠与自我效能感、情绪弹性的关系研究

【摘要】:初中生的学业倦怠问题一直困惑着广大教师和家长,也是目前我们基础教育实践中急需解决的一大严峻难题。本研究从情绪弹性和自我效能感角度出发为分析初中生学业倦怠问题寻找新的突破口,希望能为今后的基础教育研究提供数据资料和理论支持,尤其是关于初中生群体情绪弹性现状的调查与分析能够为国内的情绪弹性领域研究做一些补充。本研究以820名初中生为研究对象,采用青少年情绪弹性量表、一般自我效能感量表和中学生学业倦怠量表来调查初中生群体的情绪弹性、自我效能感和学业倦怠三个方面的心理现状。从初中生自身的内在心理特点出发,以文献分析法,问卷调查法,个案分析法分析了各种心理和行为特点在人口学变量上存在的不同程度的差异及成因,并因此针对目前初中生学业倦怠、自我效能感及情绪弹性的现状问题提出具有实际意义的建议和对策。研究得出了以下主要结沦:第一,初中生情绪弹性在性别和生源地变量上存在显著差异。女生的情绪弹性要显著低于男生,农村学生的情绪弹性显著低于城镇学生。第二,初中生情绪弹性及其各维度与学业倦怠及其各维度均呈显著负相关;情绪弹性及其各维度与自我效能感呈显著正相关;自我效能感与学业倦怠及其各维度均呈显著负相关。第三,初中生情绪弹性对学业倦怠有显著的负向预测作用;情绪弹性对自我效能感有显著的正向预测作用;自我效能感对学业倦怠有显著的负向预测作用。自我效能感在情绪弹性与学业倦怠之间起到了部分中介作用。
[Abstract]:The problem of academic burnout of junior high school students has been puzzling teachers and parents, and it is also a serious problem that needs to be solved in the practice of basic education. From the perspective of emotional elasticity and self-efficacy, this study seeks a new breakthrough for the analysis of academic burnout of junior high school students, hoping to provide data and theoretical support for future basic education research. Especially, the investigation and analysis on emotional elasticity of junior high school students can supplement the research in the field of emotional elasticity in China. In this study, 820 junior high school students were selected to investigate the emotional elasticity of junior high school students by using the Adolescent emotional elasticity scale, the General Self-efficacy scale and the Middle School students' academic Burnout scale. Self-efficacy and academic burnout. Based on the inherent psychological characteristics of junior high school students, this paper analyzes the differences and causes of various psychological and behavioral characteristics in demographic variables by means of literature analysis, questionnaire investigation and case analysis. Therefore, some practical suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to solve the problems of academic burnout, self-efficacy and emotional elasticity of junior high school students. The main conclusions are as follows: first, there are significant differences in emotional elasticity of junior high school students in gender and geographical variables. The emotional elasticity of girls was significantly lower than that of boys, and that of rural students was significantly lower than that of urban students. Second, there is a significant negative correlation between emotional elasticity and its dimensions and academic burnout and its dimensions, and there is a significant positive correlation between emotional elasticity and self-efficacy. There was a significant negative correlation between self-efficacy and academic burnout and its dimensions. Thirdly, emotional elasticity has a significant negative predictive effect on academic burnout; emotional elasticity has a significant positive predictive effect on self-efficacy; Self-efficacy has a significant negative predictive effect on academic burnout. Self-efficacy plays an intermediary role between emotional elasticity and academic burnout.
