学生自主学习中教师支持策略的研究

【摘要】:学习是人类发展的核心任务,对于学习问题的探讨历来是教育界关注的焦点。随着我国新课程改革进程的不断深入与发展,对学生的学习方式以及教师的教学方式也提出了新的要求。新课程改革明确指出学生要从从被动、依赖的学习方式转变为主动、自主的学习方式。转变学生的学习方式,教会学生学会学习,培养学生的自主学习能力也成为我国实施基础教育新一轮课程改革的一项重要目标。自主学习是以学生自身为主体的学习,学生是自己学习的主人与决定者,学习具有自主性、独立性以及能动性的特点。但学生自主学习并不等于学生独自的自学,自主学习效果的实现也需要教师的参与与支持。按照新课程改革的理念,在教学中,教师不再是决定学生学习的外在控制者,而是对于学生自主学习提供支持的内在参与者。学生的自主学习是在教师的支持下进行的学习活动,由此,对于学生自主学习中教师支持策略问题的探究就显得十分的有意义。本论文主要采用了文献分析法、问卷调查法以及访谈法进行调查研究。深入教学实践,采用实证的研究方法调查研究和分析了学生的自主学习现状,并探寻困扰学生自主学习的关键问题,从问题解决的角度出发来阐述学生自主学习活动中教师相应的支持策略。以期为促进学生自主学习的有效教学提供有益的启示。论文主要有以下几个部分组成:第一部分主要研究的缘起以及研究的意义。第二部分是文献综述,主要包括对已有的关于学生自主学习以及自主学习中教师支持相关的研究进行必要的梳理与分析,确定研究的主题。接下来是研究设计,主要包括论文的研究目的、研究方法、研究思路以及核心研究问题等。第四部分主要是对自主学习理论的阐释,主要对自主学习的内涵、自主学习的特征以及教师支持的自主学习理论基础进行简述;第五部分主要是对学生自主学习状况的调查研究,从学生的学习动机、学习的自我监控、学习策略以及学习环境等方面对学生的自主学习状况进行问卷调查,并结合对于目标对象的访谈分析出学生自主学习存在的问题:学习动机的偏失、学习自我监控的不足、学习策略的缺乏以及对学习环境的忽视;第六部分主要是对自主学习中教师支持策略的阐述:合理引导,激发学生的学习动机;加强指导,提高学生的自我监控能力;正确引领,完善学生的学习策略;积极参与,重视良好学习环境的创设。最后是研究的反思与展望。对于本研究中存在的问题与不足进行回顾反思,同时也指出进一步完善与深化研究的方向。
[Abstract]:Learning is the core task of human development, and the discussion of learning problems has always been the focus of the educational circles. With the continuous deepening and development of the course of the new curriculum reform in China, new requirements have been put forward for the students' learning methods and teachers' teaching methods. The new curriculum reform clearly points out that the students should learn from passive and dependent. The transformation into active and autonomous learning means to change the way of students' learning, to teach students to learn to learn and to cultivate their autonomous learning ability is also an important goal in the implementation of a new round of curriculum reform in the basic education. Autonomous learning is the subject of the student itself, the student is the master and the decision maker of his own study. Learning has the characteristics of autonomy, independence and activeness. But students' independent learning is not equal to the self-study of the students. The realization of the effect of autonomous learning also needs the participation and support of the teachers. In the course of the new curriculum reform, the teacher is no longer the external controller to determine the students' learning, but to the students' self-study. The students' self-learning is the learning activity under the support of the teachers. Therefore, it is very meaningful to explore the problem of teacher support strategy in the students' autonomous learning. This paper mainly adopts the method of literature analysis, questionnaire survey and interview. This paper investigates and analyzes the status of students' autonomous learning by means of empirical research methods, and explores the key problems that plagued students' autonomous learning. From the point of view of the problem solving, this paper expounds the corresponding supporting strategies of the teachers in the students' autonomous learning activities in order to provide useful enlightenment for the effective teaching of students' autonomous learning. The first part is composed of the following parts: the first part is the origin of the main research and the significance of the research. The second part is the literature review, which mainly includes the necessary combing and analysis of the existing research on students' independent learning and the support of teacher support in autonomous learning. The fourth part is mainly on the interpretation of the theory of autonomous learning, mainly on the connotation of autonomous learning, the characteristics of autonomous learning and the basis of the self-regulated learning theory supported by teachers; the fifth part is mainly about the adjustment of students' self-learning situation. This paper investigates the students' autonomous learning from the students' motivation, self-monitoring, learning strategy and learning environment, and analyzes the problems of students' autonomous learning in the interview with the target object: the loss of learning motivation, the lack of self-monitoring of learning and the lack of learning strategies. And the neglect of the learning environment; the sixth part is mainly the elaboration of teachers' supporting strategies in Autonomous Learning: rational guidance, stimulating students' learning motivation, strengthening guidance, improving students' self-monitoring ability, correctly guiding and improving students' learning strategies, actively participating, and paying attention to the creation of good learning environment. Looking back, we review and reflect the problems and shortcomings in this study, and point out the direction of further improvement and further research.
