大学生完美主义、职业决策自我效能感与职业同一性的关系研究

【摘要】:职业同一性是自我同一性理论在职业领域的具体应用。职业同一性是个体在职业方面对自己的目标、兴趣、个性和能力有清晰和稳定的认识。在环境处于两难境地,具有高水平职业同一性的个体会更轻松地在职业生涯方面做出决策,并有能力和信心做出积极的职业生涯决定。在国外有关职业同一性的研究早在20世纪80年代就已开始,研究成果颇丰,但是国内的这方面的研究却相对薄弱。完美主义作为一种人格特质,在职业领域经常被提及。近年来,国内外关于完美主义人格特质与大学生就业、大学生职业决策相关的研究成为研究者们关注的热点问题。很多研究表明完美主义对职业发展具有重要影响,完美主义以职业决策自我效能感为中介影响职业决策。本研究采用问卷调查的方法,以职业同一性量表(VIS)中文修订版、近乎完美主义量表(APS-R)中文修订版、职业决策自我效能量表为测量工具,以济南和聊城的460名在校大学生作为被试,探讨了大学生完美主义、职业决策自我效能感与职业同一性的关系,得到了以下主要结论:(1)不同专业的大学生在能力评价、职业决策两个维度以及职业同一性总量表上存在显著差异;在母亲文化程度上,大学生的能力评价维度存在显著差异。(2)除个别分维度外,大学生的职业同一性量表分维度、完美主义量表分维度和职业决策自我效能感量表的分维度两两之间存在显著相关。(3)完美主义的高标准分维度对职业同一性及其分维度和职业决策自我效能感及其分维度都有正向预测作用。完美主义的差异性对职业同一性及其分维度和职业决策自我效能感及其分维度都有负向预测作用。职业决策自我效能感分维度对职业同一性及其分维度有正向预测作用。(4)职业决策自我效能感在完美主义对职业同一性的影响中起到了完全中介作用。
[Abstract]:Occupational identity is the application of self-identity theory in the field of occupation. Occupational identity is a clear and stable understanding of one's own goals, interests, personality and abilities. In a dilemma, individuals with a high level of professional identity make career decisions more easily and have the ability and confidence to make positive career decisions. The research on occupational identity in foreign countries began as early as 80's in the 20th century, and the research results are abundant, but the domestic research on this aspect is relatively weak. Perfectionism as a personality trait is often mentioned in the professional field. In recent years, the research on perfectionism personality traits and college students' employment and career decision-making has become a hot issue that researchers pay attention to. Many studies have shown that perfectionism has an important impact on career development. Perfectionism takes self-efficacy in career decision-making as an intermediary to influence career decision-making. In this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted with the Chinese version of the Occupational identity scale (vis) and the Chinese version of the near perfectionism scale (APS-RV). The career decision Self-efficacy scale was used as a measurement tool. Taking 460 college students from Jinan and Liaocheng as subjects, this paper discusses the relationship among perfectionism, self-efficacy in career decision-making and professional identity, and obtains the following main conclusions: 1) the ability evaluation of college students with different majors. There were significant differences in the two dimensions of career decision and the total amount of occupational identity, and in the degree of mother's education, there was significant difference in the evaluation dimension of college students' ability. There is a significant correlation between the subdimension of perfectionism scale and the scale of self-efficacy in career decision making.) the high standard dimension of perfectionism is related to the identity of profession and its subdimension and the sense of self-efficacy of career decision. Each dimension has a positive predictive effect. The difference of perfectionism has a negative predictive effect on occupational identity and its dimensions, and on the sense of self-efficacy in career decision-making. Self-efficacy in career decision making has positive predictive effect on occupational identity and its subdimension. 4) Self-efficacy in career decision-making plays a complete intermediary role in the influence of perfectionism on occupational identity.
