高中生心理咨询内隐污名及个案干预研究

【摘要】:心理咨询是帮助高中生克服情绪困扰,摆脱心理困境,维护心理健康,促进高中生心理健康发展的有效途径。但在现实生活中,部分高中生对心理咨询存在误解,抱有一种负面的、歧视性的态度。本研究旨在研究高中生群体对心理咨询内在的真实态度,即高中生群体心理咨询内隐污名现状,以便更好地提出减轻甚至消除高中生心理咨询内隐污名的策略,以期帮助学生正确认识心理咨询。本研究在对国内外关于污名的文献进行梳理的基础上,结合单因素内隐联想测验(SC-IAT)的研究方法,利用Eprime软件编制了中学生心理咨询内隐污名测验,了解了高中生心理咨询内隐污名的现状;考察了存在心理咨询内隐污名的高中生群体与不存在心理咨询内隐污名的高中生群体在性别、年级变量上的差异以及存在心理咨询内隐污名的高中生群体的内隐污名程度在性别、年级变量上的差异。最后,通过心理健康教育个案干预的方法,探讨心理健康教育对高中生心理咨询内隐污名的干预效果。本研究得出以下结论:(1)高中生群体中存在心理咨询内隐污名的学生占抽样总样本的43.68%;(2)存在心理咨询内隐污名的高中生群体与不存在心理咨询内隐污名的的高中生群体在年级变量上存在显著差异;(3)存在心理咨询内隐污名的高中生群体与不存在心理咨询内隐污名的的高中生群体在性别变量上存在显著差异;(4)存在心理咨询内隐污名的高中生群体,其内隐污名的程度在年级变量上存在显著差异;(5)存在心理咨询内隐污名的高中生群体,其内隐污名程度在性别变量上没有显著差异;(6)中学生心理健康教育能够有效干预高中生个体心理咨询内隐污名,减轻其心理咨询内隐污名程度。
[Abstract]:Psychological counseling is an effective way to help high school students overcome their emotional distress, get rid of their psychological predicament, maintain their mental health, and promote the development of high school students' mental health. However, in real life, some high school students misunderstand psychological counseling and have a negative and discriminatory attitude. The purpose of this study is to study the real attitude of high school students towards psychological counseling, that is, the status quo of implicit stigma in high school students' psychological counseling, so as to put forward better strategies to reduce or even eliminate the implicit stigma of high school students' psychological counseling. In order to help students to understand correctly psychological counseling. On the basis of combing the domestic and foreign literatures about stigma, combined with the research method of single factor implicit association test (SC-IATT), this study made use of Eprime software to compile the implicit stigma test of psychological counseling for middle school students. The present situation of implicit stigma in psychological counseling of senior high school students was studied, and the sex of the group of high school students with implicit stigma of psychological counseling and those without implicit stigma of psychological counseling were investigated. The difference of grade variable and the difference of implicit stigma degree in gender and grade variable of high school students with implicit stigma of psychological counseling. Finally, through the method of individual intervention of mental health education, the effect of mental health education on the implicit stigma of high school students' psychological counseling is discussed. This study draws the following conclusions: (1) the students with implicit stigma of psychological counseling in the high school students group account for 43.68% of the total sample) the high school students with implicit stigma of psychological counseling group and the high school students who do not have the implicit stigma of psychological counseling group. There are significant differences in grade variables between high school students with implicit stigma of psychological counseling and those without implicit stigma of psychological counseling. (4) there is a significant difference in gender variables between the groups of senior high school students with psychological counseling and those with implicit stigma of psychological counseling. The covert group of high school students, There was significant difference in the degree of implicit stigma in grade variables. 5) the group of high school students with implicit stigma in psychological counseling. There is no significant difference in the degree of implicit stigma in gender variables. 6) Mental health education of middle school students can effectively interfere with the implicit stigma of individual psychological counseling of high school students and reduce the degree of implicit stigma in psychological counseling.
