论教师专业发展的体验逻辑

【摘要】:教师专业发展的物理逻辑忽视了教师自身经验的结构化改造运动。专业意识是教师专业发展的基本经验结构。由于专业意识是教师专业发展的起点,能重组教师发展的能量,是教师专业发展的旨归,所以专业意识是教师专业发展的生长点。基于专业意识的教师专业发展逻辑表现为体验逻辑:以专业感受力领悟对象;以专业判断力构建内容;以专业表现力创造形式。
[Abstract]:The physical logic of teachers' professional development ignores the structural transformation of teachers' own experience. Professional consciousness is the basic experience structure of teacher's professional development. Because professional consciousness is the starting point of teacher's professional development, and can reorganize the energy of teacher's development, it is the aim of teacher's professional development, so professional consciousness is the growing point of teacher's professional development. The logic of teacher's professional development based on professional consciousness is experiential logic: to comprehend the object of professional sensibility; to construct the content with professional judgment; to create the form of professional expression.
