【摘要】：教师角色近年来发生了深刻的变化,教师角色在转变过程中呈现多维性,且教师扮演的教育者、研究者和社会服务者角色均受到内外因的共同作用。教师角色的多维性需要从影响教师角色的内因和外因两个方面提高教师角色的内在机制,需要"引力""动力"和"内力",三力合一才能树立正确的教师角色观念,从而确立教师在教育教学活动中的地位和作用,实现教师的社会地位和社会对教师的期望。
[Abstract]:The role of teachers has undergone profound changes in recent years. The role of teachers in the process of transformation presents a multi-dimensional nature, and the roles of educators, researchers and social service providers are all affected by both internal and external factors. The multi-dimensional nature of the teacher's role needs to improve the internal mechanism of the teacher's role from the two aspects of internal and external factors that affect the teacher's role, and needs the "gravitation" motive force "and" internal force "to establish the correct concept of teacher's role.
