发达国家教师教育改革的经验与思考

文章摘要当前,发达国家几乎都在推进教师教育改革。教师教育不仅取代了传统的师范教育而且获得了前所未有的发展,主要体现为以国家为主导的教师教育制度,以教师为中心的教师教育模式,以实践为取向的教师教育课程,以高效实用为特色的教师教育实习,以质量为本的教师教育品牌建设。借鉴发达国家教师教育改革与创新的成功经验,推进我国教师教育的改革,在宏观上,教师教育应由国家主导,统筹规划;在中观上,教师教育应建立“实践取向”的课程门类,把教师的在职学习纳入终身学习体系;在微观上,教师教育应建立高校与中小学联合体,形成教师教育协同创新机制,使基础教育和教师教育相互促进,共同发展。

AbstrAt present, almost all developed countries are promoting teacher education reform. Teacher education has not only replaced traditional normal education, but also obtained unprecedented development, which is mainly reflected in teacher education system led by the country, teacher education mode centered by the teacher, teacher education curriculum oriented by practice, teacher education practice featured by efficiency and practice, and teacher education brand constructed by quality. To learn from the successful experiences of teacher education reform and innovation in developed countries and promote teacher education reform in China, teacher education should be led and planned by country overall at the macro level; "practice-oriented" curriculum categories should be established in teacher education at the middle level, and teachers" in-service learning should be brought into lifelong learning system; university and primary-secondary school association should be established in teacher education at the micro level, and the collaborative innovation mechanism of teacher education should be formed, so as to make the basic education and teacher education achieve mutual promotion and common development.
