农村教师协作文化生成的困境与路径选择

【摘要】:农村教师自身素养难以得到有效提高是制约农村教育发展的主要瓶颈,而促进教师自身成长的主要方式得益于教师彼此间的相互支持与协作。农村教师是社会发展以及教育领域亟待关注的一个群体,传统意义上的教师文化强调的是一种技术理性取向的价值理念,忽视了教师主体间对话共生的相互协作。从解释学视角来考虑农村教师协作文化的生成,可通过重建多样化的专业发展基础、加强农村教师个人协作意识、完善教师协作组织形式、建立健全教师协作制度等措施,促进农村教师彼此之间的对话、交流、理解与合作,以达到提高教师教育质量的最终目的,办人民满意的教育。
[Abstract]:The difficulty of improving rural teachers' self-accomplishment is the main bottleneck restricting the development of rural education, and the main way to promote teachers' growth is the mutual support and cooperation among teachers. Rural teachers are a group that should be paid close attention to in the field of social development and education. Traditional teacher culture emphasizes a kind of value idea of technical rational orientation and neglects the symbiotic cooperation between teachers' subjects. From the perspective of hermeneutics, we can consider the formation of rural teachers' cooperation culture. We can rebuild the diversified foundation of professional development, strengthen the rural teachers' personal cooperation consciousness, perfect the form of teachers' cooperation organization, and establish and perfect the teacher cooperation system, etc. To promote the dialogue, exchange, understanding and cooperation among rural teachers in order to achieve the ultimate goal of improving the quality of teachers' education, and to run a satisfactory education for the people.
