异地中高考政策背景下进城务工人员随迁子女普职分流的影响因素与对策分析——基于社会资本理论的视角

【摘要】:当前异地中高考政策的出台使得绝大多数城市的进城务工人员随迁子女能够在流入地城市参加普职分流等升学考试。然而,其拥有不平等的社会资本以及代际间的传递仍然影响着他们公平地参加升学竞争。根据问卷调查,所在学校的教育环境、自身的学业成绩、中职的声誉以及家庭的经济状况是影响随迁子女参与普职分流的主要因素。因此,应完善政策制度,增加群体边界的通透性;引入市场机制,合理配置流入地城市的普职资源;改善中职教育质量,改变对职业教育的认识;构建职业教育体系,满足不同类型需求。
[Abstract]:With the introduction of the policy of college entrance examination in different places, the children of migrant workers in most cities can participate in the entrance examination such as general job diversion and other entrance examinations in the cities of emigration. However, their unequal social capital and intergenerational transmission still affect their fair participation in the competition for higher education. According to the questionnaire survey, the educational environment, academic achievement, reputation of the secondary vocational school and the economic situation of the family are the main factors that affect the children's participation in the general job diversion. Therefore, we should perfect the policy system, increase the permeability of the group boundary, introduce the market mechanism, rationally allocate the general vocational resources in the cities, improve the quality of the secondary vocational education, change the understanding of the vocational education, construct the vocational education system. Meet different types of requirements.
