大学—中小学教师研修共同体的建构研究

【摘要】:大学和中小学教师研修共同体,开宗明义,主要是大学和中小学校的教师联合起来开展学习、教研和探索的一种方式,是一种跨文化的合作与融通的研修共同体,是以一群有着共同理想和信念的教师为基本的研究主体,以教学、科研为主要手段,开展多渠道、多样化的合作互动,旨在推动教学中各类问题有效破解,促进教师个人综合素质提高,同时推动整个教师队伍教学水平提升,实现教师自身专业水平的提升和团队教学力量的增强而形成的教师联合体。以下本文将之简称为U-S教师研修共同体。本文将研究的主要问题分解为以下几部分:1.美国大学—中小学教师合作研修共同体的合作体制与机制的设计在近三十年发展与演进中经历了怎样的变化?提供了怎样的经验教训?2.我国大学—中小学教师研修共同体的现状审视以及发展中的困境及其原因分析。3.基于对以上问题的剖析和研究,从不同层面深入探讨建构大学—中小学教师研修共同体的新形态发展图景和多方机制保障问题,其中包含指导思想与目标定位、核心要素分析、实施过程和策略、跨界运行机制以及内驱生成机制、结构运行机制和制度保障建设问题的研究。构建大学和中小学教师研修共同体,这是一种全新教育理念,通过合作过程中多重角色的持续互动,将外部的改革政策和自身的学校变革计划有机地融合在一起,把学校系统引入一个持续的、开放的、参与的新的变革框架中。同时,在整合教师队伍发展和学校整体发展的基础上,促进教师专业发展与学校的共同提升。在推进教育系统变革中,大学与中小学教师研修共同体成为推进教师专业发展的基本策略。首先,本研究通过大量的文献分析和成果总结,梳理国内外有关大学与中小学教师合作研究的发展历程,酌古御今,探索构建U-S教师研修共同体的宝贵经验,将其作为推动教师队伍专业水平提升的平台,大学和中小学教师的联合能够更好地促进整个教师队伍综合素质提升,实现思维和智慧的碰撞,观念和方法的提升,情感和心灵的共鸣,它有助于教育教学质量的提升,而且又是促进教师群体专业成长的重要有效途径。其次,通过分析、借鉴美国U-S教师研修共同体的实践模式及经验,针对我国教师队伍整体发展的现实状况,明确教师研修共同体的整体目标和任务,组建较为科学的组织模式,并完善其可持续发展的价值理念策略;旨在解决目前我国大学与中小学教师研修共同体在实施和发展成长中遭遇的困难与问题,进一步明确带有自身特点的整体运作理念、具体操作模式、组织体系和推进机制,推动参与进来的各个学科、各种经历、各具所长的老师能够在现有基础上得到进一步提升,实现让整个教师队伍总体综合技能实现提升的目的。最后,本研究着重对以大学和中小学教师为核心的研修共同体模式的建构进行了深入研究,其中包含对大学与中小学教师研修共同体的指导思想、目标定位、核心要素、超越性、跨界学习机制、实施过程以及保障机制等重要内容的探讨。推动研修共同体更好地体现自身作用,急需结合实际建构较为科学的运行体系、较为完备的制度体系,需要教育行政部门、中小学校及大学共同参与进来,共商决策。这无疑是一个漫长而艰辛的过程,然而为了探索U-S教师研修共同体如何更好地促进教师专业发展、如何更好地促进教师教育理论与实践的融合,值得教育工作者钩深索隐、砥志研思,对推动目前国内大学与中小学教师研修共同体整体水平提升,发挥具有积极作用的推动效应。
[Abstract]:The University and the primary and secondary school teachers' research and training community, which are mainly the teachers of the universities and primary and secondary schools, are combined to carry out learning, teaching and research and exploration. It is a cross-cultural cooperation and study community. It is based on a group of teachers with common ideals and beliefs as the basic research subject, teaching and scientific research. In order to carry out multichannel and diversified cooperation and interaction, the aim of this paper is to promote the effective solution of various problems in teaching, promote the improvement of teachers' personal comprehensive quality, promote the teaching level of the whole teachers, and realize the teacher's own professional level and the enhancement of the team teaching strength. The main issues of this study are divided into the following parts: 1. how has the design of the cooperative system and mechanism of the 1. American College and primary school teacher cooperation research community experienced in the development and evolution of the last thirty years? What lessons have been provided? 2. The present situation of the community and the analysis of the difficulties and its causes in the development.3. are based on the analysis and study of the above problems. From different levels, the new patterns of development and the guarantee of the multi party mechanism are deeply discussed from different levels, including the guiding ideology and target orientation, the analysis of core elements, and the analysis of the core elements. The process and strategy, the transboundary operation mechanism, the internal drive generation mechanism, the structure operation mechanism and the system guarantee construction problem. The construction of the University and the primary and secondary school teacher training community. This is a new educational idea. Through the continuous interaction of multiple roles in the process of cooperation, the external reform policy and its own school reform plan are carried out. Together, the school system is introduced into a continuous, open, and participating new framework of change. At the same time, on the basis of integrating the development of teachers and the overall development of the school, the teachers' professional development and the promotion of the school are promoted. In the transformation of the educational system, the University and the primary and secondary school teacher training community has become a push. First, the basic strategies for the development of teachers' professional development. First, through a large number of literature analysis and summary of results, this study combs the development process of the cooperation research between universities and primary and secondary school teachers both at home and abroad, and explores the valuable experience of building the U-S teacher training community as a platform for promoting the professional level of the teachers. The combination of teachers with primary and secondary schools can better promote the overall quality of the teachers' team, realize the impact of thinking and wisdom, the promotion of ideas and methods, the resonance of emotion and mind. It is helpful to the improvement of the quality of education and teaching, and is also an important and effective way to promote the professional development of the teachers' group. Secondly, through the analysis and the beauty of the United States, it can be used for reference. The practice model and experience of the U-S teacher training community in China, in view of the actual situation of the overall development of our teachers' team, clear the overall objectives and tasks of the teachers' study and repair the community, set up a more scientific organization model, and improve the strategy of the value concept of its sustainable development, aiming at solving the common study of teachers in our universities and primary and secondary schools. In the implementation and development of the difficulties and problems encountered, further clear the overall operation concept with its own characteristics, the specific operation mode, the organization system and the promotion mechanism, and promote the various disciplines involved, various experiences, the teachers of the respective directors can be further promoted on the basis of the existing basis to realize the whole teachers team. In the end, this study focuses on the construction of the model of the college and primary and secondary school teachers as the core of the study, including the guiding ideology, target orientation, core elements, transcendence, transboundary learning mechanism, and implementation process of the University and primary and secondary school teachers training community. It is undoubtedly a long and difficult process to promote the important content of the guarantee mechanism. It is a long and difficult process to promote the research community to better reflect its own role. It is urgently needed to build a more scientific system of operation and a more complete system. To explore how the U-S teacher training community can promote the professional development of teachers and how to promote the integration of the theory and practice of teachers' education, it is worthwhile for educators to have a deep understanding, and to promote the promotion of the overall level of the current domestic university and primary and secondary school teachers' research community and play a positive role in promoting the development of the current domestic university and primary and secondary school teachers' research community.
