教育信息化背景下教研员知识体系的构建研究

【摘要】：教研员是区域教育信息化改革与发展的重要保障,教研员知识是教研员专业发展的重要根基。文章在文献梳理的基础上,提出了教研员知识的概念,通过归纳提炼教研员角色、职能、素养的研究成果,结合访谈法及对教研员的调查研究,总结映射了职能视阈下的教研员知识维度,进而以德尔菲法对其进行修正及验证,最终构建了包括三个基础知识元素(教研知识、学科知识、技术知识)和四个复合知识元素(整合技术的教研知识、整合技术的学科知识、学科教研知识和整合技术的学科教研知识)的教研员知识框架体系,即"整合技术的学科教研知识体系(TRACK)",并对其进行详细阐释,以期为教研员专业发展提供理论借鉴和实践参照。
[Abstract]:Teaching and research staff is an important guarantee for the reform and development of regional education informatization, and teaching and research staff knowledge is an important foundation for the professional development of teaching and research staff. On the basis of combing the literature, the paper puts forward the concept of teaching and research staff knowledge. By summarizing and refining the research results of teaching and research staff's role, function and accomplishment, combined with the interview method and the investigation and research to the teaching and research staff, the article puts forward the concept of teaching and research staff's knowledge. This paper summarizes and maps the knowledge dimension of teaching and research staff from the perspective of function, then modifies and verifies it by Delphi method, and finally constructs three basic knowledge elements (teaching and research knowledge, subject knowledge, etc.) Technical knowledge) and four composite knowledge elements (integrating technical pedagogical knowledge, integrating technical subject knowledge, subject teaching and research knowledge and integrating technical subject teaching and research knowledge), That is, "the knowledge system of teaching and research of integrated technology", and explain it in detail, in order to provide theoretical reference and practical reference for the professional development of teaching and research staff.
