西方慕课对我国意识形态安全的挑战及其应对

【摘要】:慕课已经成为西方国家进行意识形态输出的新平台,对我国意识形态安全产生了新的挑战。西方政府与跨国资本大力推动慕课的全球扩张,借助高等教育国际化进程侵蚀我国教育主权。西方慕课把我国青年学生和知识分子群体作为意识形态渗透的主要对象,其教育信息技术优势有效提升了西方国家意识形态输出的效能。应对西方慕课在意识形态领域的挑战,要维护好慕课条件下的教育主权,确保国家文化安全;构建中国话语体系的慕课平台,提高中华文化的国际影响力;拓展高校意识形态阵地建设,大力建设思想政治理论慕课平台。
[Abstract]:Admiration course has become a new platform for western countries to export ideology, which has posed a new challenge to the ideological security of our country. Western governments and transnational capital vigorously promote the global expansion of the curriculum and erode China's educational sovereignty with the help of the internationalization process of higher education. The western curriculum regards the young students and intellectuals as the main object of ideological infiltration, and its advantage of educational information technology effectively promotes the efficiency of ideology output in western countries. In order to deal with the challenge in the ideological field, we should safeguard the educational sovereignty under the condition of Mo-tutelage, ensure the national cultural security, construct the platform of Chinese discourse system, and improve the international influence of Chinese culture. Expand the ideological position construction of colleges and universities, vigorously build ideological and political theory platform.
