美国非师范人员转行从教的机制探析——以“德克萨斯教师”项目为例

【摘要】:美国的非师范人员要想转行从教,主要是通过选择性教师认证项目。"德克萨斯教师"项目是德克萨斯州发展最快、最成功的选择性项目。项目的申请者通过审查后成为教师候选人,只要完成系列测试、培训和实践教学,即可获取教师资格。"德克萨斯教师"项目的成功归因于其运行过程中的特点及寻求广泛支持的做法,但项目所体现的解制取向、实践教学过程中存在的问题及项目的成效也引发了争议。
[Abstract]:Non-teachers in the United States want to switch to teaching, mainly through the selective teacher certification program. " Texas Teachers is the fastest growing and most successful selective program in Texas. Applicants for the program will be qualified as teachers if they have completed a series of tests, training and practical teaching. " The success of the "Texas teacher" project is attributed to its characteristics in the course of operation and the way of seeking wide support, but the problems existing in the process of practical teaching and the effectiveness of the project have also aroused controversy.
