日本特别支援教育信息化建设的分析与启示

【摘要】:文章介绍了日本特别支援教育的定义及发展情况,并从国家政策、国家立项与实践应用两个方面对日本特别支援教育信息化建设进行了分析。文章指出,日本自2009年起,便通过各类政策及文件逐步推进特别支援教育信息化建设,并规定了教育各阶段的教学内容;同时,通过国家级项目开展教育实践,在信息技术应用方面取得了诸多成效。最后,文章对比了中日在国家政策、教学资源开发与标准化建设、师资培养与课程设置等方面的异同,并借鉴日本经验提出建议,以期为发展我国特殊教育、进行特殊教育信息化建设提供参考。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the definition and development of special support education in Japan, and analyzes the informatization construction of special support education in Japan from the aspects of national policy, national project establishment and practical application. The article points out that since 2009, Japan has been gradually promoting the construction of special education information through various policies and documents, and has stipulated the teaching contents in all stages of education. At the same time, it has carried out educational practice through national projects. Many achievements have been made in the application of information technology. Finally, the paper compares the similarities and differences between China and Japan in the aspects of national policy, the development and standardization of teaching resources, the training of teachers and the curriculum, and puts forward some suggestions for the development of special education in China. To provide reference for information construction of special education.
