全球教育影响与国家教育政策的对接机制研究

【摘要】：本文侧重分析全球教育影响与国家教育政策的对接问题,关注这一过程中相关行为主体及外部因素的作用。研究从对接背景入手,剖析了在多边主义框架下全球教育影响的建构和输出模式的转变;提炼出全球教育影响通过对接工具塑造国家改革意愿的对接路径机制;分析了国际关系和政治权力在对接过程中的选择作用;剖析了对接过程的矛盾调节机制。
[Abstract]:This paper focuses on the analysis of the connection between global education influence and national education policy, and focuses on the role of relevant actors and external factors in the process. Starting with the background of docking, the paper analyzes the transformation of the construction and output mode of global educational influence under the framework of multilateralism, and abstracts the docking path mechanism of global educational influence to shape the will of national reform through docking tools. This paper analyzes the selective role of international relations and political power in the docking process, and analyzes the contradiction adjustment mechanism in the docking process.
