体育教育专业大学生自尊与父母教养方式的相关研究

【摘要】:作为体育教育专业的大学生,除了运动能力,教学能力之外,心理素质水平也成为当今社会衡量一个复合型人才的标准。良好的心理状态,良好的自尊水平是体育教育专业大学生顺利走向社会,尽快适应社会生活的基础。已有研究反映自尊往往与父母教养方式有关,那么体育教育专业大学生的自尊与父母教养方式的相关性如何,他们的父母在进行家庭教育时又有何特点,本文通过对成都体育学院体育教育教育专业四个年级大学生的整体自尊与父母教养方式情况的相关研究,以期为体育教育专业大学生了解自身自尊发展情况和心理状况做参考,以期为帮助父母认识家庭教育对子女心理影响的重要性,更好进行家庭教育提供参考。通过心理学通用的自尊量表和父母教养方式量表对四个年级的大学生进行相关测试,利用SPSS19.0对数据结果进行统计,差异检验、方差分析和相关分析探讨其整体自尊情况、父母教养方式情况和相关关系。研究结果表明:体育教育专业大学生的整体自尊得分接近27分,处于中等偏下水平,与其他专业大学生相比无显著差异。且自尊得分在性别、是否独生子女和生源地方面不存在显著性差异。自尊得分在年级、专项、父母受教育程度条件下存在差异。父母教育子女的方式总体相同的情况下存在差异,情感温暖因子的得分高于惩罚严厉和拒绝否认的得分。父亲倾向于使用惩罚严厉和拒绝否认的方式教育子女;母亲在教育子女时倾向于使用过度保护和过度干涉。父母教养方式在年级、专项以及是否与父母一起生活条件等方面不存在显著差异,在性别、独生子女、生源地、父母职业和文化程度上存在显著性差异。体育教育专业大学生的整体自尊与父母教养方式间存在相关关系。大学生的自尊水平与父母教养方式中情感温暖方式呈显著正相关关系,与过度保护干涉、惩罚严厉与拒绝否认呈显著负相关。
[Abstract]:As a college student majoring in physical education, in addition to sports ability and teaching ability, the level of psychological quality has also become the standard of measuring a complex talent in the society. Good psychological state and good self-esteem are the basis for college students majoring in physical education to enter the society smoothly and adapt to social life as soon as possible. Previous studies have shown that self-esteem is often related to parental rearing styles. What are the correlations between self-esteem and parental rearing styles of physical education majors, and what are the characteristics of their parents' family education? Through the research on the whole self-esteem and parental rearing style of the four grade students of physical education major in Chengdu Institute of physical Education, this paper hopes to provide reference for the students majoring in physical education to understand the development of their self-esteem and their psychological status. In order to help parents understand the importance of family education on the psychological impact of children, better carry out family education to provide reference. Four grades of college students were tested with the general psychological self-esteem scale and parental rearing style scale. The results of the data were analyzed by SPSS19.0, and the overall self-esteem was analyzed by variance analysis, variance analysis and correlation analysis. Parental rearing patterns and related relationships. The results showed that the overall self-esteem score of physical education students was close to 27 points, which was at the middle and lower level, and there was no significant difference compared with other major college students. And there was no significant difference in the score of self-esteem in gender, only child and origin. The scores of self-esteem were different in grades, special items and parents' educational level. There were differences in parents' ways of educating their children in general. The scores of emotional warmth factor were higher than those of severe punishment and refusal to deny. Fathers tend to educate their children by severe punishment and refusal to deny; mothers tend to use excessive protection and interference in educating their children. There was no significant difference in parental rearing style in grades, special items and living conditions with parents, but there were significant differences in gender, only child, origin of students, occupation and education of parents. There is a correlation between the overall self-esteem of PE majors and parental rearing style. The level of self-esteem of college students was positively correlated with emotional warmth in parental rearing style, negatively correlated with excessive protection, severe punishment and denial.
