浙江省留守儿童生存质量与影响因素调查研究

【摘要】:目的:对比留守儿童与非留守儿童生存质量,探索影响留守儿童生存质量的影响因素。方法:利用儿童生存质量量表(Peds QL4.0)中文版对1040名儿童进行横截面问卷调查。对比评价留守儿童与非留守儿童生理、情感、社会、角色(学校表现)4个方面功能及生存质量总分;利用多元线性回归分析影响留守儿童生存质量的各因素。结果:留守儿童在生存质量总分、生理、情感、社会和角色(学校表现)方面的分值显著低于非留守儿童(P=0.000);父母关爱程度、留守时间、母亲文化程度、学业成绩和家庭月收入5个变量是影响留守儿童的生存质量的主要因素(P=0.000)。结论:留守儿童生存质量较低,对于影响留守儿童生存质量的各因素应给予充分关注,社会、学校、家庭应该高度重视,有效应对,努力提高其生存质量。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the quality of life between left-behind children and non-left-behind children, and to explore the influencing factors of left-behind children's quality of life. Methods: 1040 children were investigated by Chinese version of Peds QL 4.0. The total scores of physiological, emotional, social and role (school performance) functions and quality of life (QOL) of left-behind children and non-left-behind children were evaluated, and the factors influencing the quality of life of left-behind children were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis. Results: the scores of total quality of life, physiological, emotional, social and role (school performance) of left-behind children were significantly lower than those of non-left-behind children (P0. 000). Five variables, academic achievement and monthly family income, were the main factors affecting the quality of life of children left behind. Conclusion: the quality of life of left-behind children is low. The factors that affect the quality of life of left-behind children should be paid more attention to. Society, school and family should attach great importance to it, deal with it effectively and strive to improve their quality of life.
