翻转课堂的理念反思与未来走向

【摘要】:文章从翻转课堂理念反思的视角,揭示了翻转课堂的关键物质依托是教学视频,它不仅彻底引发了传统课堂教学时空的重新配置与组合,更深刻改变了传统课堂教学的结构、流程。文章采用分析法、归纳法和反思法,分析了翻转课堂的理念与未来走向。研究认为:(1)翻转课堂的理念体现在时空统筹化、教学客制化、课堂社会化与学习组合化;(2)翻转课堂在具体实施中具有明显的弊端,即教学与育人的疏离、学校教育责任的泛化、行为主义教学理念的浸入与教师职能的放弃;(3)未来翻转课堂的改革走向,即学习动力机制的维护、校园学习社区的完善、基于建构主义的改革思路和构建师生互动的课堂氛围。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of reflection on the concept of flipping classroom, the paper reveals that the key material support of flipping classroom is the teaching video, which not only causes the reconfiguration and combination of the time and space of traditional classroom teaching, but also profoundly changes the structure of traditional classroom teaching. Process. This paper analyzes the idea and future trend of flipping classroom by means of analysis, induction and introspection. The study holds that the concept of "1" flipping classroom is embodied in space-time integration, individualization of teaching, socialization of classroom and combination of learning and teaching. It has obvious disadvantages in the concrete implementation, that is, the alienation of teaching and education, the generalization of school education responsibility. The immersion of behaviorism teaching concept and the abandonment of teachers' functions will turn over the trend of classroom reform in the future, that is, the maintenance of learning motivation mechanism, the perfection of campus learning community, the reform thinking based on constructivism and the construction of classroom atmosphere of teacher-student interaction.
