基于扎根理论的在校博士生焦虑心理影响因素研究

【摘要】:博士生群体是我国教育体系的最高层次,是知识创新的主要力量,是社会快速发展的重要依托,是国家科研竞争实力的核心构成。同时,这一群体也是高校心理健康教育最易忽视的群体。焦虑心理是当前高校博士生群体常见的负性情绪状态,本研究运用扎根理论研究方法,通过便利抽样与标准抽样相结合选取28名在校博士进行深度访谈,通过编码分析发现毕业因素、就业因素、婚恋因素和认知因素是博士生焦虑心理的主要影响因素。并在此基础上构建了在校博士生焦虑心理影响因素模型,为进一步探讨博士生心理健康教育对策提供了理论依据和资料佐证。
[Abstract]:The group of doctoral students is the highest level of our country's education system, the main force of knowledge innovation, the important support of the rapid development of society, and the core of the national scientific research competition strength. At the same time, this group is also the most easily neglected group of mental health education in colleges and universities. Anxiety is a common negative emotional state among doctoral students in colleges and universities at present. In this study, 28 doctoral students were interviewed in depth by using the method of rooted theoretical research and combining convenient sampling with standard sampling. Through coding analysis, it was found that graduation factors, employment factors, marriage and love factors and cognitive factors were the main factors influencing the anxiety of doctoral students. On this basis, a model of influencing factors of anxiety of doctoral students is constructed, which provides theoretical basis and data evidence for further discussion on the countermeasures of mental health education for doctoral students.
