教师领导力的核心要素与提升路径

【摘要】：与教师领导活动中主体要素相对应的教师领导力,其核心要素包括逐级递进的"发展自我、教导学生、引领同伴、参谋领导"等四个方面。其中,发展自我和教导学生处于基础层级,是每一位教师都必须具备的领导力;引领同伴和参谋领导是高层级教师领导力的表现,是优秀教师区别于一般教师的标志。形成教学主张是培育高层级教师领导力的关键所在。
[Abstract]:The core elements of teacher leadership, which correspond to the main elements in teacher leadership activities, include four aspects: "developing self, teaching students, leading peers and advising leaders" step by step. Among them, self-development and teaching students at the basic level is the leadership every teacher must have; leading peers and staff leadership is the performance of the leadership of high-level teachers, which is the symbol of the difference between excellent teachers and ordinary teachers. The key to cultivate the leadership of high-level teachers is to form teaching ideas.
