贵州省高校辅导员核心自我评价、组织气氛与主观幸福感的关系研究

【摘要】：本文以贵州省449名高校辅导员为研究对象,探讨高校辅导员核心自我评价、组织气氛和主观幸福感三者间的相互关系。主要研究结论如下:核心自我评价对组织气氛和主观幸福感的预测作用显著;组织气氛对积极情感和整体生活满意度的预测作用显著,对消极情感无显著预测作用;组织气氛的三个维度中,只有管理体制在核心自我评价和消极情感的关系中起调节作用;组织气氛的领导形态和教师行为两个维度在核心自我评价和主观幸福感的关系中起中介作用。根据研究结果,结合高校辅导员的工作实际,为进一步提高高校辅导员的主观幸福感水平提出了合理化建议。
[Abstract]:This paper, taking 449 college counselors in Guizhou Province as the research object, explores the relationship between the core self-evaluation of college counselors, the organizational climate and the subjective well-being of the three. The main conclusions are as follows: the core self-evaluation has a significant predictive effect on the organizational climate and subjective well-being; the organizational climate has a positive emotion and the overall life satisfaction. In the three dimensions of organizational climate, only management system plays a regulatory role in the relationship between core self-evaluation and negative emotion, and the two dimensions of leadership form and teacher behavior in organizational climate play an intermediary role in the relationship between core self-evaluation and subjective well-being. The results of the study, combined with the actual work of university counselors, put forward rationalization proposals to further improve the level of College Counselors' subjective well-being.
