阈值依赖的教育扩张与教育机会不平等——以A省某年高考数据为例

【摘要】:本文基于A省某年高考成绩的总体数据,采用计算方法来模拟扩大招生对优势与劣势地区间升学机会分配的影响。研究发现,假设教育扩张是外生的,不与人的行动发生互动,扩张对不平等的影响是先升后降:始于高分段的扩张会导致教育不平等程度上升,精英高校尤为明显;而始于低分段的扩张则会减少教育不平等。由此,本文提出了"阈值依赖不平等"理论。
[Abstract]:Based on the overall data of the college entrance examination results of a year in A Province, this paper uses the calculation method to simulate the influence of the expansion of enrollment on the opportunity distribution between the advantages and the inferior areas. The study finds that the expansion of education is exogenous and does not interact with human action, and the impact of expansion on inequality is first and then then descending: the expansion of the high level will lead to teaching. The rise of inequality in education is particularly evident in the elite colleges and universities, while the expansion that begins at the low level will reduce the inequality of education. Thus, this paper puts forward the theory of "threshold dependence inequality".
