学校课程领导的实践困境及其超越

【摘要】：学校课程建设日趋成为广大中小学尤为关注的问题。从课程管理到课程领导是学校课程制度创新中的一大飞跃,关注学校课程领导具有突出的必要性与可行性。然而,学校课程领导在实践过程中,常常出现在"经验"与"专业"之间摇摆不定以及在"管"与"放"之间左右为难的困境。为提升学校课程领导,首先,需要重视顶层设计和宏观规划,确立学校课程领导的价值定位;其次,在组织方略上,提倡全员参与和团队建设,谋求共同发展愿景。此外,还应当加强自身专业学习,与大学及其他教育机构建立文化融合的战略伙伴关系。
[Abstract]:School curriculum construction has become a major concern in primary and secondary schools. From curriculum management to curriculum leadership is a great leap in the innovation of school curriculum system. It is necessary and feasible to pay attention to school curriculum leadership. However, in the course of practice, school curriculum leaders often appear the dilemma between "experience" and "specialty" and between "management" and "release". In order to promote the school curriculum leadership, first, we should pay attention to the top level design and macro planning, establish the value orientation of the school curriculum leadership; secondly, in the organization strategy, we should advocate the whole staff participation and team building, and seek the common development vision. In addition, they should strengthen their professional studies and establish strategic partnerships for cultural integration with universities and other educational institutions.
