手机媒体对大学生心理健康教育的影响

【摘要】：随着信息技术的飞速发展,手机媒体作为信息传播的重要工具之一,逐渐成为了大学生不可或缺的一个情感交流和资源共享的工具,极大地影响着大学生的行为习惯、思想观念以及心理状况等.但在日常的生活和学习中,大学生过于依赖手机的使用,"手机焦虑症"、"低头族"等现象已经越来越多,对大学生的身心健康产生了不利影响.因此手机媒体在大学生中的普遍应用,对大学生的心理健康教育来说,是机遇也是一种挑战,各高校应该有效的利用手机媒体的优势开展大学生心理健康教育工作,进一步引导大学生健康的成长.
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology, mobile media, as one of the important tools of information dissemination, has gradually become an indispensable tool of emotional exchange and resource sharing for college students, which greatly affects the behavior habits of college students. Ideology and mental state. However, in the daily life and study, college students rely too much on the use of mobile phones, "mobile phone anxiety disorder", "Phubber" and other phenomena have become more and more, which has a negative impact on the physical and mental health of college students. Therefore, the widespread application of mobile media in college students is an opportunity and a challenge to the mental health education of college students. Universities and colleges should effectively use the advantages of mobile media to carry out psychological health education for college students. Further guide the healthy growth of college students.
