教育目标系统变革视角下的核心素养

【摘要】:核心素养作为21世纪教育目标的集中体现,反映出人们对于教育目标内涵的全新认识,昭示着教育目标领域的主导性思维方式正在发生着由分析还原到系统综合的转向。本文从教育目标系统变革的视角出发,以欧盟核心素养框架为主要参照,针对我国当前核心素养研究中的热点问题,运用系统思维,将核心素养置于以素养为核心概念的新型教育目标系统之中进行考察,揭示了核心素养在教育目标系统中的定位及其与各层级教育目标的关系,提出了用于分析和表述核心素养内容与结构的理论框架,以期深化对核心素养及相关问题的认识,推动核心素养在我国教育理论与实践领域的健康发展。
[Abstract]:As the concentrated embodiment of the educational goal in the 21st century, the core accomplishment reflects people's new understanding of the connotation of the educational goal, and shows that the leading thinking mode in the field of educational goal is changing from analysis to system synthesis. From the perspective of the systematic transformation of educational objectives, this paper, taking the core literacy framework of the European Union as the main reference, applies systematic thinking to the hot issues in the research of core literacy in China. This paper puts the core literacy in the new educational goal system with the concept of literacy as the core, and reveals the orientation of the core accomplishment in the educational goal system and the relationship between the core accomplishment and the educational goal at all levels. This paper puts forward a theoretical framework for analyzing and expressing the content and structure of core literacy in order to deepen the understanding of core literacy and related problems and to promote the healthy development of core literacy in the field of educational theory and practice in China.
