鄞州区流动儿童“幼升

【摘要】:流动儿童“幼升小”就读问题,伴随着我国改革开放和城市化进程而出现且日益突出。本课题涉及教育、法律、社会等领域,考验着政府的公共管理能力,直接关系到社会的公正和国民素质的整体提高。为了提高农民工子女“幼升小”教育的保障意识,实现教育公平和教育质量,本文以宁波市鄞州区为例,分析了流动儿童“幼升小”的现状,分析影响流动儿童“幼升小”的限制因素,提出了解决“幼升小”问题的可行性对策和建议。本文主要分为四个部分:一是鄞州区流动儿童“幼升小”问题情况概述。简述鄞州区流动儿童“幼升小”问题的提出,阐述问题研究的意义和目的,提出本课题研究的方法及研究内容。二是大班流动儿童升学现状调研。掌握流动儿童家庭的基本数据,分析鄞州区流动儿童家庭在子女面临“幼升小”就读问题时的“入学规划”、“入学期望”、“入学选择”和“入学困难”等情况。通过个案追踪、访谈等形式了解流动儿童升学时的去向选择及升学后就读公办小学、民工子弟学校及老家小学等就读情况。三是分析流动儿童“幼升小”升学的受限因素。从有效政策的缺失、学校教育中的非公平性、家庭保障能力缺失三方面,深入分析流动儿童升学问题产生的原因。四是优化流动儿童“幼升小”升学策略。从完善政策法规、优化学校教育、改善家庭文化三方面入手,三位一体优化流动儿童“幼升小”策略。
[Abstract]:With the process of reform and opening up and urbanization, the problem of floating children attending school has become more and more prominent. This subject involves the fields of education, law, society and so on. It tests the government's ability of public administration and directly relates to the social justice and the overall improvement of the national quality. In order to improve the guarantee consciousness of the education of migrant workers' children, and to realize the education fairness and education quality, this paper takes Yinzhou District of Ningbo City as an example to analyze the present situation of floating children. This paper analyzes on the restrictive factors affecting the floating children's "young rising small", and puts forward the feasible countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem of "young children rising small". This paper is mainly divided into four parts: first, Yinzhou District floating children "small" problem overview. This paper briefly introduces the problem of "young children rising small" in Yinzhou district, expounds the significance and purpose of the problem research, and puts forward the research methods and contents of this subject. Second, the current situation of mobile children studying in large classes. By mastering the basic data of floating children's families, this paper analyzes the situation of "enrollment plan", "school expectation", "choice of entrance" and "difficulty of entering school" of floating children's families in Yinzhou district when their children are faced with the problem of "young children rising to small". Through case tracing, interviews and other forms to understand the migrant children to go to school and the choice of destination and after attending public primary schools, migrant children's schools and home primary schools, and so on. The third is to analyze the restrictive factors of the floating children. From the three aspects of the lack of effective policy, the unfairness in school education and the lack of family security ability, the causes of the problem of migrant children entering school are analyzed in depth. The fourth is to optimize the floating children's "young up to small" strategies for higher education. From the three aspects of perfecting policies and regulations, optimizing school education and improving family culture, this paper optimizes the strategy of "young children rising to small" in a trinity.
