我国国家资格框架研究:反思与前瞻

【摘要】:我国国家资格框架研究取得了较大的进展,但也存在"三重三轻"的突出问题,即重比较轻基础、重文本轻文化、重经验轻反思。这些问题使得当前的研究视野变窄,不利于国家资格框架研究的拓展和深化。面对我国国家资格框架建设的紧迫任务,有必要转变国家资格框架研究的方向,即从经验到学理、从文本到文化以及从国际到本土,通过理论创新来引领国家资格框架的制度创新和实践创新,为建设中国特色的国家资格框架服务。
[Abstract]:Great progress has been made in the study of the national qualification framework in China, but there are also the outstanding problems of "three layers and three light", that is, emphasis on comparison and light on foundation, on text and on culture, on experience and on reflection. These problems narrow the scope of current research and are not conducive to the expansion and deepening of the research on the national qualification framework. In the face of the urgent task of constructing the national qualification framework in China, it is necessary to change the research direction of the national qualification framework, that is, from experience to theory, from text to culture, and from international to local. To lead the system innovation and practice innovation of the national qualification framework through the theoretical innovation, and to serve the construction of the national qualification framework with Chinese characteristics.
