观课议课的三个基本立场

【摘要】：观课议课是课堂教学的参与者对课堂教学中共同关心的现象和问题进行观察和对话,以期改进课堂教学、促进教师专业发展的一种教师研修活动。不同的立场有不同的价值观念、视角取向、思维方式和行为方式,观课议课的基本立场包括师本立场、实践立场和致思立场。
[Abstract]:Class observation is a kind of teacher study activity in which participants observe and talk about the phenomena and problems of common concern in classroom teaching in order to improve classroom teaching and promote teachers' professional development. Different positions have different values, visual angle orientation, thinking mode and behavior mode. The basic standpoint of class observation and discussion includes teacher-oriented, practical and thought-provoking.
