初中生社交焦虑及其干预研究

【摘要】:本研究旨在调查初中生社交焦虑及自我同情的现状,探讨二者之间的关系以及研究通过自我同情团体训练的辅导能否提高初中生自我同情水平,进而改善初中生的社交焦虑状况。本研究主要分为两个部分:研究一,在重庆、河南、江西选取共计882名初中生作为被试,通过《青少年社交焦虑量表》和《青少年自我同情量表》调查分析初中生社交焦虑、自我同情的现状与特点,并探讨了二者之间的关系;研究二,在重庆市选取某初中一年级70名学生为被试,采用实验组控制组前后测实验设计,实验组男生19名,女生16名,控制组男生20名,女生15名,对实验组学生进行以自我同情训练为内容的团体辅导,而控制组不接受任何干预。本研究的结果如下:(1)初中生社交焦虑程度总体是健康正常的,处于中等水平。初中生社交焦虑在性别、年龄、年级、家庭所在地、独生子女与否维度上均不存在显著性差异;在留守与非留守、班干部与非班干部维度上存在显著性差异。(2)初中生自我同情水平总体处于中等水平。初中生自我同情在性别、年级、家庭所在地、独生子女与否维度上均不存在显著性差异;在年龄、留守与非留守、班干部与非班干部维度上存在显著性差异。(3)初中生社交焦虑与自我同情之间呈显著的负相关关系,而且回归分析发现自我同情水平可以用来预测初中生社交焦虑状况。(4)以自我同情训练为干预内容的团体辅导可以提高初中生的自我同情水平,从而改善初中生的社交焦虑程度。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study is to investigate the current situation of social anxiety and self-pity among junior high school students, and to explore the relationship between them and whether the guidance of self-pity group training can improve the level of self-pity of junior high school students. And then improve the social anxiety of junior high school students. This study is divided into two parts: first, in Chongqing, Henan, Jiangxi, a total of 882 junior high school students were selected as subjects, through the "Youth Social anxiety scale" and "Youth Self-sympathy scale" to analyze junior high school students' social anxiety. The present situation and characteristics of self-pity and the relationship between them were discussed. Second, 70 students in a junior high school were selected as subjects in Chongqing, and the experimental group was designed before and after the control group. There were 19 boys and 16 girls in the experimental group. There were 20 boys and 15 girls in the control group. The students in the experimental group received group counseling based on self-compassion training, while the control group did not accept any intervention. The results are as follows: (1) the social anxiety of junior high school students is healthy and normal. There were no significant differences in gender, age, grade, family location, only child or not between junior high school students and junior high school students, and there were no significant differences between left-behind and non-left-behind students. There are significant differences between class cadres and non-class cadres. (2) the level of self-sympathy of junior high school students is in the middle level. There was no significant difference in gender, grade, family location, only child or not between junior high school students and junior middle school students, while in age, left-behind and non-left-behind. There were significant differences between class cadres and non-class cadres in dimension. (3) there was a significant negative correlation between social anxiety and self-sympathy of junior high school students. And regression analysis found that self-compassion level can be used to predict the social anxiety of junior high school students. (4) Group counseling with self-compassion training as the intervention content can improve the level of self-compassion of junior high school students and improve the degree of social anxiety of junior high school students.
