农村薄弱学校的信心缺失与信任重建

【摘要】：信任作为一种重要的社会资本是现代学校运行的基础,对学校发展具有重要价值。由于信心和信任缺失,农村薄弱学校发展日益孤岛化,社会支持严重不足,学校内部氛围充满怀疑和指责。造成这些问题的原因既有农村学校的历史发展差距和自然环境的制约,以及农村学校对社会资本的认识严重不足等因素,也与现行的管理体制淡化学校与社区的关系,学校不重视现代管理理念和制度建设有关。农村薄弱学校改进需要转变以往偏重物质资本投入和办学条件改善的做法,改变对农村学校的办学定位,恢复对农村学校的信心;引导社会积极参与农村学校建设,给予更多关注和支持;鼓励学校积极行动,重塑自身形象,重建学校的信任体系。
[Abstract]:As an important social capital, trust is the foundation of modern school operation and has important value for school development. Because of the lack of confidence and trust, the development of rural weak schools is increasingly isolated, the social support is seriously inadequate, and the inner atmosphere of the schools is full of doubt and criticism. The causes of these problems are not only the historical development gap of rural schools and the restriction of natural environment, but also the serious lack of understanding of social capital in rural schools, as well as the weakening of the relationship between schools and communities under the current management system. Schools do not attach importance to modern management concepts and system construction. The improvement of weak schools in rural areas needs to change the previous practice of focusing on material capital investment and the improvement of school conditions, change the orientation of running schools in rural areas, restore confidence in rural schools, and guide society to actively participate in the construction of rural schools. Give more attention and support; encourage schools to take positive actions to rebuild their image and rebuild the school's trust system.
