MOOCs浪潮下基于创新推广理论的高校教学信息化变革启示及发展战略

【摘要】：创新推广理论指导高校教学信息化变革发展战略和路径,是推动信息化攻坚战的现实要求,也是激发高校教育、观念、模式、内容和方法深刻变革的关键动力。本文提出了创新推广理论对高校教学信息化中组织、制度、环境、技术和任务等因素对变革发展中的阶段性反应、干预策略和保障体系及综合适配性的系列启示,并以宏观层面的大支持性维度、中观层面的信息化教学绩效成熟度模型及微观层面的以课程、教师和学生信息化为关键切入点,构建数字化教与学方式变革发展的综合战略发展体系。
[Abstract]:The theory of innovation and extension guides the development strategy and path of the reform of teaching information in Colleges and universities. It is the realistic requirement of promoting the war of informationization, and also the key driving force to stimulate the profound changes in the education, concept, mode, content and method of college education. This paper puts forward the organization, system, environment, technology and task of the innovation and extension theory to the information technology in higher education. Factors to the stage reaction in the development of change, the intervention strategy and the guarantee system and the comprehensive suitability of the series of enlightenment, and at the macro level of large support dimension, the medium level information teaching performance maturity model and the micro level of curriculum, teachers and student information as the key entry point, the construction of digital teaching and learning ways change. A comprehensive strategic development system for leather development.
