基于心理咨询视角的辅导员谈心谈话工作实效提升研究

【摘要】：与学生进行谈心谈话,既是高校辅导员的必备职业技能,又是开展工作的重要途径。心理学知识和心理咨询技术的应用,对提升谈心谈话工作的成效具有积极作用。通过分析辅导员与学生开展谈心谈话工作中遇到的常见问题及原因,并从心理学和咨询技能视角提出改进建议,对高校辅导员提升谈心谈话效果具有一定的借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:Talking with students is not only the necessary vocational skills of college counselors, but also an important way to carry out their work. The application of psychological knowledge and psychological counseling technology plays a positive role in improving the effectiveness of talking and talking. Through the analysis of the common problems and reasons encountered in the process of the counselors talking with the students, and the suggestions for improvement from the perspective of psychology and consulting skills, it is useful for college counselors to improve the effect of heart-to-heart conversation.
