走向教学共生体的师生关系重建——与教师主导作用批判及反批判争鸣观点商榷

【摘要】:教与学是对立统一的关系,二者间能否实现和谐、协同与共生是判断师生关系品质的关键指标。教与学的统一集中体现为"引"与"学"、"启"与"发"的统一,对立排斥则是师生关系争鸣的本质思维,学生主体与教师主导、自学与导学间的相互排斥,即为"张葛对话"的节点所在。聚焦主体间教学的共生价值,实现教师主导与学生主体的深度融合,是师生关系和课堂重建的应然取向。从主体共存走向价值共生的精神聚合体,从知识共享走向智慧共生的智慧创新体,从制度管理走向权力共生的民主联合体,成为当下课改行动的合理路径。
[Abstract]:Teaching and learning are the unity of opposites. The key index to judge the quality of teacher-student relationship is to achieve harmony and co-existence between the two. The unity of teaching and learning is embodied in the unity of "citation" and "learning", "enlightenment" and "development". Opposites and exclusions are the essential thinking of the relationship between teachers and students, the main body of students and teachers lead, and the mutual exclusion between self-study and guided learning. It is the node of Zhang GE Dialogue. It is the orientation of teacher-student relationship and classroom reconstruction to focus on the symbiotic value of teaching between subjects and to realize the deep integration of teacher-teacher leading and student subject. From the coexistence of subject to the spiritual aggregation of value symbiosis, from knowledge sharing to wisdom symbiosis, from institutional management to democratic union of power symbiosis, it becomes a reasonable path for the action of reform after class.
