中职校心理健康教育活动课程设计与实施的研究

【摘要】:由于我国学校心理健康教育起步较晚,社会各界对青少年心理健康水平的关注度不高,使得学校的心理健康发展落后的局面,尤其体现在教法单一、师资水平低、德育化倾向等方面的问题。近年来,随着社会的进步和素质教育的全面推进,中职校办学规模不断扩大,传统的心理健康教育课程已经无法满足现代心理健康教育,部分地区和个别学校的学生出现了心理失衡行为,暴力事件和自杀事件的数量不断增加。这些事件已经引起了社会各界的高度关注,因此促进中职校学生心理健康发展已迫在眉睫。笔者从中职学生的成长背景、心理特征及中职学校心理健康教育活动课程要素方面进行分析,通过对中职学校心理健康教育活动课程的开展情况、心理健康教育活动课程设计以及心理健康教育活动实施几个方面研究,探究适合我国中职学生的心理健康发展的课程设计与实施方法。本文通过问卷调查和访谈调查法,考察中职学校心理健康教育活动课程的设计理念、教学目标、实施方法和课程评价等。对中职校心理健康教育活动课程设计与实施中,教师教学理念不成熟、教学目标认识不清、教学方式不合理及评价方式单一等问题进行了详细的分析。从中职学生的性格特点为出发点,在更深入探究已出现问题的原因后,给出了促进中职校心理健康教育活动课程设计与实施的相关策略:转变教师的教育观念、学校重视心理健康教育活动课程、教师根据大纲要求合理的设计有针对性的内容、丰富心理健康教育活动课程的教学手段、激发学生和家长对活动课程的参与度并建设有效的课程评价体系。
[Abstract]:Due to the late start of mental health education in Chinese schools and the low attention paid by all walks of life to the mental health level of young people, the development of mental health in schools is lagging behind, especially in the single teaching method and the low level of teachers. Moral education tendency and other aspects of the problem. In recent years, with the progress of society and the overall promotion of quality education, the scale of secondary vocational schools has been expanding, the traditional mental health education curriculum can no longer meet the needs of modern mental health education. In some areas and in individual schools, the number of violent incidents and suicides is increasing. These events have aroused great concern from all walks of life, so it is urgent to promote the mental health development of secondary vocational school students. The author analyzes the growth background, psychological characteristics and the curriculum elements of mental health education activities in secondary vocational schools, through the development of mental health education activities in secondary vocational schools. This paper studies the curriculum design of mental health education activities and the implementation of mental health education activities in order to explore the curriculum design and implementation methods suitable for the development of mental health of secondary vocational school students in China. By means of questionnaire investigation and interview, this paper investigates the design idea, teaching goal, implementation method and curriculum evaluation of mental health education activity curriculum in secondary vocational schools. In the course design and implementation of mental health education activities in secondary vocational schools, the problems such as immature teaching concept, unclear understanding of teaching objectives, unreasonable teaching methods and single evaluation methods are analyzed in detail. Based on the characteristics of secondary vocational school students, this paper gives some strategies to promote the design and implementation of the curriculum of mental health education in secondary vocational schools after further exploring the causes of the problems, that is, changing teachers' educational concepts. The school attaches importance to the mental health education activity curriculum, the teacher reasonably designs the pertinence content according to the outline request, enriches the mental health education activity curriculum teaching method, To stimulate students and parents to participate in the activity curriculum and to build an effective curriculum evaluation system.
