中小学生心理健康状况的调查分析与教育策略

【摘要】:本研究采用华东师范大学周步成修订的心理健康诊断测验(MHT),调查合肥市1480名中小学生。结果显示:(1)有较严重心理健康问题的学生检出率为2.6%;分量表有一项或一项以上存在问题的学生总检出率为71.0%,其中检出率最高的为学习焦虑;(2)农村中小学生在孤独倾向上得分显著高于城市中小学生;(3)非示范校高中生在孤独、自责、过敏、恐怖及总焦虑强度等项目上得分显著高于示范校高中生;(4)女生在学习焦虑、对人焦虑、自责倾向、过敏倾向、身体症状、恐怖倾向、冲动倾向及总焦虑强度上的得分显著高于男生;(5)不同年级中小学生在学习焦虑、对人焦虑、孤独倾向、过敏倾向、身体症状、冲动倾向及总焦虑强度上的得分差异都有统计学意义。结论:当前中小学生心理健康状况不容乐观,应积极采取相应措施,提高心理健康教育的实效性。
[Abstract]:In this study, 1480 primary and middle school students in Hefei were investigated by (MHT), a mental health diagnostic test revised by Zhou Busheng, East China normal University. The results showed that: (1) the prevalence rate of students with more serious mental health problems was 2.6; the total detection rate of students with one or more problems in the subscale was 71.0, of which the highest was learning anxiety; (2) the students in rural primary and secondary schools were lonely. (3) High school students in non-model schools were lonely. The scores of self-blame, allergy, phobia and total anxiety intensity were significantly higher than those of high school students in model school. (4) female students had anxiety about study, anxiety about people, self-reproach tendency, allergic tendency, physical symptom, terror tendency, etc. The scores of impulsive tendency and total anxiety intensity were significantly higher than that of male students. (5) students of different grades had anxiety about study, anxiety about people, loneliness, allergy, physical symptoms, and so on. There were significant differences in the scores of impulsive tendency and total anxiety intensity. Conclusion: the current state of mental health of primary and middle school students is not optimistic, the corresponding measures should be taken to improve the effectiveness of mental health education.
