高等学校心理咨询概况及发展路径

【摘要】：高等学校心理咨询经过20多年的发展,在针对大学生的心理咨询上进行了大胆探索和积极尝试,对于高等学校培养德智体美全面发展的现代化人才起到重要作用。然而,高等学校心理咨询在发展规模、机构建设、队伍建设和咨询模式等方面仍然存在诸多问题,需要进一步探索研究,借鉴发达国家高等学校在心理咨询机构专业化设置、咨询人员配备和培养、咨询模式多样化等方面的有益经验,建立适合国情的大学生心理咨询机构,聘用具有心理学专业背景的高学历人才,不断加强机构内部的制度建设,大力拓展咨询模式,从而推动我国高等学校心理咨询更加科学、有序发展。
[Abstract]:After more than 20 years' development, psychological consultation in colleges and universities has carried out bold exploration and positive attempt on psychological counseling for college students, which plays an important role in cultivating modern talents with all-round development of morality, intelligence, body and beauty in colleges and universities. However, there are still many problems in the development scale, institution construction, team building and consultation mode of college psychological consultation, which need to be further explored and studied, so as to learn from the specialized setting of psychological counseling institutions in developed countries. The useful experience in such aspects as the provision and training of consultants, the diversification of consultation modes, the establishment of psychological counseling institutions for college students suitable for the national conditions, the employment of highly educated personnel with professional backgrounds in psychology, and the continuous strengthening of institutional construction within the institutions, Expand the mode of consultation to promote the scientific and orderly development of psychological counseling in colleges and universities in China.
