教育家成长实践研究

【摘要】:教育家是以教育为志业的专业性人才,其实践特征主要是具有专业精神和教育情怀的人格性特征,具有扎实的学识素养和完善的专业知识的认识性特征,有独立的思想、富有创意的教育方法、与众不同的教育教学风格、善于反思的习惯的实践性特征。教育家成长离不开积淀情感、立志"成名"、批判自我、习惯书写、把握关键事件等实践要素的联动支持。教育家成长受诸多要素的制约,调研发现的问题,需要从客观和主观两方面去解决。客观方面,要从制度上为教师"减负",保障教师基本的物利需求,营造"热锅效应"的成长氛围;主观方面,要培育教师的专业发展意识,提升教育实践认知,转变教师的教育态度。
[Abstract]:Educators are professional talents who take education as their profession. Their practical characteristics are mainly the personality characteristics with professional spirit and educational feelings, the cognitive characteristics of solid knowledge literacy and perfect professional knowledge, and their independent thoughts. Creative teaching methods, distinctive teaching styles, practical features of reflective habits. Educators can not grow without the accumulation of emotion, determined to "become famous", critical self, habit writing, grasp the key events and other practical elements of the linkage support. The growth of educationalists is restricted by many factors. The problems found in the research need to be solved from both objective and subjective aspects. Objectively, we should "reduce the burden" for teachers from the system, protect teachers' basic material and interest needs, create a "hot pot effect" of growth atmosphere, subjective aspects, to cultivate teachers' professional development awareness, improve the awareness of educational practice, Change teachers' attitude towards education.
