心理健康课程对大学生情绪及寻求心理帮助态度的影响

【摘要】：目的探讨心理健康课程对大学生情绪及寻求心理帮助态度的影响。方法对广州某医科大学3144名一年级学生进行为期3个月的心理健康课,课程前后选用寻求专业性心理帮助态度量表(ATSPPH)、积极情绪和消极情绪量表(PANAS)进行测评,并采用心理健康课程调查表进行课程满意度及效果评价。结果面对心理困惑时,75.72%大学生选择向朋友倾诉,只有3.39%会求助于心理咨询师或精神科医师;大学生对心理健康课程的总体满意度较高,70%以上大学生能从课程中获取心理学相关知识,掌握心理调节方法并逐步促进自我人格完善;课程后,大学生积极情绪的出现频率从29.06%上升到30.56%,差异具有统计学意义(t=-11.64,P0.01),而消极情绪的出现频率无显著性差异(t=0.57,P=0.5720.05);大学生寻求心理帮助态度的总分及各维度因子分均显著提高(t值分别为-22.45、-23.44、-7.12、-7.24、-19.96,P均0.01)。结论心理健康课程可增加大学生的积极情绪并改善其寻求心理帮助的态度。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of mental health course on college students' mood and attitude towards seeking psychological help. Methods 3144 first-year students of a medical university in Guangzhou were enrolled in a 3-month mental health course. (ATSPPH), positive and negative emotion scale (PANAS) was selected before and after the course. The psychological health course questionnaire was used to evaluate the course satisfaction and effect. Results 75.72% of the college students chose to talk to their friends when faced with psychological confusion, only 3.39% would turn to psychological counselors or psychiatrists. The overall satisfaction of college students to the mental health course is higher than 70% of the college students can acquire psychology related knowledge from the course, master the psychological adjustment method and gradually promote the self-improvement of personality. The frequency of positive emotion in college students increased from 29.06% to 30.566.The difference was statistically significant (t -11.64p 0.01), but there was no significant difference in the occurrence frequency of negative emotion (t0. 57% P 0. 5720.05), and the total score of college students seeking psychological help and the scores of each dimension factor were significantly mentioned. High (t = -22.45 ~ 23.44 ~ 7.12 ~ 7.24 ~ (-19.96) P < 0.01). Conclusion Mental health course can increase the positive emotion of college students and improve their attitude to seek psychological help.
