本科实习护生人文关怀能力与积极心理资本及主观幸福感的相关性研究

【摘要】:探讨本科实习护生人文关怀能力与积极心理资本及主观幸福感之间的关系。采用关怀能力评价量表、积极心理资本问卷和总体幸福感量表,对101名本科实习护生进行调查。结果显示,本科实习护生人文关怀能力总分为(194.94±23.97)分,处于偏低水平,人文关怀能力与积极心理资本及主观幸福感呈显著正相关(P0.01)。护理教育者可以从开发本科护生积极心理资本、提升主观幸福感入手,提高其人文关怀能力水平,从而提升其为病人服务的能力。
[Abstract]:To explore the relationship between nursing students'humanistic care ability, positive psychological capital and subjective well-being. A total of 101 nursing students were investigated with care ability evaluation scale, positive psychological capital questionnaire and general well-being scale. The results showed that the total score of humanistic care ability of nursing students was (194.94 卤23.97), which was on the low side. The humanistic care ability was positively correlated with positive psychological capital and subjective well-being (P0.01). Nursing educators can develop positive psychological capital of undergraduate nursing students, improve subjective well-being, improve their humanistic care ability, and thus enhance their ability to serve patients.
