基于伦理视角下的教育公平问题研究

【摘要】:近年来,教育公平问题一直是国民和学者关心的问题。国内专家学者已经从经济、社会、法律等不同角度对其现状进行了深入的探讨与剖析,然而站在伦理角度对教育公平问题的研究还比较少。人是教育公平问题的行为主体和权益主体,因此对于教育公平的问题研究更应当从人的角度出发,着重研究人的公平,强调教育公平的伦理价值,从而促进教育的和谐发展。本文主要采用文献研究、综合分析两种研究方法进行研究,从伦理学的角度出发,深入剖析新时期中国教育公平缺失的原因,并提出了相应的建议。论文主要分为四章内容:第一章主要包含选题的目的、意义以及国内外的研究现状综述;第二章提出了新时期公平和教育公平的内涵以及相关的伦理原则,依据传统的伦理价值观念,提出了在推进教育公平进程中必须遵循的三个原则,公正原则、平等原则和补偿原则。第三章深入分析新时期中国教育公平现状和教育公平缺失的原因,依据三个基本原则,从教育权利、教育机会、教育过程和教育结果四个方面分别揭示目前国内的教育公平问题。并深入探究导致我国教育公平缺失的原因。主要有五个方面:教育理念的落后守旧、现实贫富差距的持续拉大、教育资源配置的短缺失衡、教育体制不够规范和教育公平的法律法规不健全。第四章从伦理学角度,提出解决当前中国教育公平困境的建议。并依据三个原则和我国教育公平问题,指出了我国在推进教育公平进程中,必须不断强化国民的教育公平发展价值理念,实现教育资源配置的合理化和均衡化,构建完整规范的教学体系和法律体系,从而促进教育公平的实现。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the issue of education equity has been concerned by the people and scholars. Domestic experts and scholars have made a thorough discussion and analysis of the present situation from different angles of economy, society, law, etc. However, the research on educational fairness from the ethical point of view is still relatively few. Human being is the main body of action and rights of educational fairness, so the study of educational equity should focus on the human equity, emphasize the ethical value of educational fairness, and promote the harmonious development of education. This article mainly adopts the literature research, synthetically analyzes two kinds of research methods to carry on the research, from the ethics angle, deeply analyzes the reason which the Chinese education fairness lacks in the new period, and puts forward the corresponding suggestion. The thesis is divided into four chapters: the first chapter mainly includes the purpose of the topic, significance and the current situation of research at home and abroad, the second chapter puts forward the connotation of fairness and education equity in the new period and related ethical principles. According to the traditional ethical values, this paper puts forward three principles that must be followed in the process of promoting educational fairness, namely, the principle of justice, the principle of equality and the principle of compensation. The third chapter deeply analyzes the present situation of China's educational fairness and the reasons for the lack of educational fairness in the new period, according to the three basic principles, from the educational rights, educational opportunities, Four aspects of educational process and educational results reveal the problems of educational equity in China. And deeply explore the reasons that lead to the lack of educational fairness in our country. There are five main aspects: the backward and old-fashioned educational concept, the widening gap between the rich and the poor, the imbalance in the allocation of educational resources, the lack of standardization of the educational system and the imperfection of the laws and regulations of educational fairness. Chapter four, from the angle of ethics, puts forward some suggestions to solve the dilemma of educational fairness in China. According to the three principles and the problems of educational fairness in our country, the author points out that in the process of promoting educational fairness, we must constantly strengthen the value concept of the development of education equity and realize the rationalization and equalization of educational resources allocation. Build a complete and standardized teaching system and legal system to promote the realization of educational equity.
