美国STEM教师培养的主要经验及其启示

【摘要】:近年来,美国积极实施STEM教育改革,并确立了教师在其中的关键引领作用,但同时STEM教育也面临着教师短缺与流失的困境。文章经过文献研究和比较研究发现,美国政府与社会各界在推进STEM教师培养中通过立法、资助持续支持、实施选择性教师资格认证制度、支持互补式培训等特色做法,有效地扩充和提升了STEM教师队伍,积累了一些有益的经验。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the United States has actively implemented the STEM education reform, and established the key leading role of teachers, but at the same time, STEM education is also faced with the plight of shortage and loss of teachers. Through literature research and comparative study, it is found that the United States government and all walks of life in promoting STEM teacher training through legislation, funding sustained support, the implementation of selective teacher qualification certification system, support complementary training and other characteristics. Effectively expand and improve the ranks of STEM teachers, accumulated some useful experience.
