教师的权力:成为“行动的知识人”

【摘要】:一名普通教师有何权力?普通教师常被视作教育场域中平凡而缺乏显著权力的参与者,但他(她)却拥有一种不平凡的权力,那就是成为"行动的知识人"的权力。"知识人"是有知识底蕴的,具有建立在独立思考与价值判断基础上的对生活、社会的真实理解,坚守内心良知,以强烈的人文关怀和批判精神关注现实,追求社会进步理想的人。成为"行动的知识人"的教师意识到教育场域中"规训"与"解放"教育之间的立场分歧,通过教学与交往的独特方式,以自身的行动参与到公民启蒙和人的解放事业中来,这既是一种有意义、有力量的行动,也是一种有尊严的生活态度的选择。

An ordinary teacher is often regarded as an ordinary participant in the field of education who lacks significant power, but he or she has an extraordinary power to be a "intellectual person of action". " The intellectual person "has its own knowledge, which is based on independent thinking and value judgment. It has a true understanding of life and society, adheres to its inner conscience, and pays close attention to reality with a strong humanistic concern and critical spirit." A person who pursues the ideal of social progress. Teachers who become "intellectual people of action" are aware of the differences between "discipline" and "liberation" education in the field of education, and participate in the cause of civic enlightenment and human liberation through their own actions through the unique means of teaching and communication. This is both a meaningful, powerful action and a dignified attitude to life.
