生命哲学视域中的教师生存方式与当代转型

【摘要】：生命哲学重视生命的完整与独特性,还有它的生活水平和获得的感悟。因此,生命哲学可以给予教师全新的观念,从而能够帮助教师找出在生存过程中的一些困难。教师是独立的个体,只有生命的独特性,才能产生生存环境的超越性与差异性,同时反映出他们在经验、自然、历史、生活等方面的具体情况。因此,有必要促进教师当代生存方式的转型,深化现代教育理念,规范现代教育制度,消除教师职业倦怠感,搭建教师专业化发展平台。
[Abstract]:Philosophy of life attaches importance to the integrity and uniqueness of life, as well as its standard of living and perception. Therefore, philosophy of life can give new ideas to teachers and help them to find some difficulties in the process of existence. Teachers are independent individuals. Only the uniqueness of life can bring about the transcendence and difference of living environment, and at the same time reflect their specific conditions in experience, nature, history, life and so on. Therefore, it is necessary to promote the transformation of teachers' contemporary way of life, deepen the concept of modern education, standardize the modern educational system, eliminate teachers' sense of job burnout, and build a professional development platform for teachers.
