教科研团队建设与连续性问题研究协同的区域实践

【摘要】:基础教育科学研究对教育改革与发展的贡献决定了教科研工作的地位与价值。针对当前教科研工作中出现的研究个人化、浅表化、功利化以及缺乏连续性等问题,以绍兴市为例,提出"教科研团队建设与连续性问题研究协同,促进教师专业发展"的区域教科研发展思路。构建并依托市级、校级、教研组等多样化研究团队,推进连续性问题研究,以多元评价保障教科研团队建设与连续性问题研究协同发展。
[Abstract]:The contribution of scientific research in basic education to the reform and development of education determines the status and value of scientific research. Aiming at the problems of individualization, superficial representation, utilitarianism and lack of continuity in current scientific research work, this paper takes Shaoxing City as an example, and points out that the cooperation between the construction of scientific research team and the research on continuity problems. To promote the professional development of teachers "the development of regional scientific research ideas." Build and rely on a variety of research teams, such as city, school, teaching and research groups, to promote the research of continuity, and ensure the cooperative development of scientific research team construction and continuity research with multiple evaluation.
