大数据时代教师教育的变革

【摘要】：从分析教育系统性变革的内外动力出发,指出了教育变革的六大新动向:未来教育由培养"知识人"向培养"创新人"和"智慧人"转变;未来人才的培养方式从大规模标准化的培养到个性化定制;未来学习从正式的学校学习到学习生活化、终身化;相应的教育评价也从单一评价到智慧评价和创新评价;新技术从支持传统教学的工具到教学系统结构性改变;随着互联网、物联网和大数据等新技术的不断发展,未来教育将迎来教联网的新时代。在此基础上,对教师角色的重塑和专业成长提出了建议。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the internal and external motive force of the systematic reform of education, this paper points out six new trends of educational reform: the transformation of future education from training "knowledge person" to "innovative person" and "intelligent person"; The training way of talents in the future is from mass standardization to individuation, from formal school learning to life-long learning, from single evaluation to wisdom evaluation and innovation evaluation. With the continuous development of new technologies, such as Internet of things, Internet of things and big data, a new era of educational networking will be ushered in the future. On the basis of this, the author puts forward some suggestions on the reconstruction of teacher's role and professional growth.
