大学生恋爱宽恕与主观幸福感：人际关系的中介作用

【摘要】：恋爱宽恕问题已经是大学生不可忽略的一个方面,大学生恋爱宽恕与其主观幸福感还有人际关系都有联系。由此,探讨大学生恋爱宽恕、人际关系和主观幸福感三者的关系,不仅可以丰富宽恕在恋爱关系中的研究理论,还可以帮助大学生正确面对恋爱中的伤害以及为大学生心理辅导人员提供一定的实践依据。本研究选用大学生恋爱宽恕问卷、大学生人际关系综合诊断问卷等,对831名普通本科大学生进行了调查,从而对大学生恋爱宽恕、人际关系、主观幸福感三者之间存在何种关系以及相互之间的作用进行探讨。研究结果发现:(1)大学生恋爱宽恕、人际关系与主观幸福感之间关系显著。在恋爱关系中,个体对伤害自己的过失越容易宽恕,人际关系表明越好,主观幸福感水平也随之越高;(2)大学生的人际关系在恋爱宽恕对主观幸福感的影响上,起部分中介作用。大学生既能够直接也能够间接通过人际关系来原谅恋爱对象,提升主观幸福感;(3)不同性别的大学生其人际关系起的中介效应不同。本研究得出结论,人际关系在大学生恋爱宽恕和主观幸福感之间起到中介作用。
[Abstract]:Love forgiveness is an important aspect of college students. Love forgiveness is related to their subjective well-being and interpersonal relationship. Therefore, to probe into the relationships among college students' love forgiveness, interpersonal relationship and subjective well-being can not only enrich the research theory of forgiveness in love relationship. It can also help college students face the hurt in love correctly and provide some practical basis for college students' psychological counselors. In this study, 831 college students were investigated with love forgiveness questionnaire and comprehensive diagnosis questionnaire of college students' interpersonal relationship, so as to investigate the love forgiveness and interpersonal relationship of college students. The relationship between subjective well-being and the interaction between them are discussed. The results are as follows: (1) there is a significant relationship between love forgiveness, interpersonal relationship and subjective well-being of college students. In a relationship, the easier it is for an individual to forgive a fault that hurts him or her, the better the interpersonal relationship shows, the higher the level of subjective well-being; (2) the interpersonal relationship of college students plays an intermediary role in the influence of love forgiveness on subjective well-being. College students can both directly and indirectly forgive the object of love and promote subjective well-being. (3) different gender of college students have different intermediary effects of interpersonal relationship. This study concluded that interpersonal relationships play an intermediary role between love forgiveness and subjective well-being of college students.
