从过去到未来:美国先前学习评价的发展轨迹

【摘要】：先前学习评价是国际成人教育、职业教育和高等教育领域普遍采用的一种学习成果评价方式。当前,许多国家都已实施先前学习评价,而美国是世界上最早实行先前学习评价的国家之一。本文对美国先前学习评价制度的发展历程进行了梳理,在此基础上分析了美国先前学习评价的现实意义、推进策略及实施现状。展望未来,美国的先前学习评价将在建立并完善信息化服务平台、积极探求数字化学习的评价、新评价技术的运用以及国际化经验的推广方面取得新的突破。最后,对我国制定相关政策和开展相关实践提出建议。开展先前学习评价制度离不开高等教育的发展、成人教育地位的提高、专门机构的推动以及教育机构的自主发展,只有各利益相关方共同配合以及终身学习理念深入人心才能共同推动该项目的顺利进行。
[Abstract]:Previous learning evaluation is a learning achievement evaluation method widely used in international adult education, vocational education and higher education. At present, many countries have implemented the previous learning evaluation, and the United States is one of the earliest countries in the world. This paper reviews the development of the former learning evaluation system in the United States, and then analyzes the practical significance, promotion strategy and implementation status of the former learning evaluation system in the United States. Looking forward to the future, the former learning evaluation of the United States will make new breakthroughs in establishing and perfecting the information service platform, actively exploring the evaluation of digital learning, the application of new evaluation technology and the promotion of international experience. Finally, some suggestions are put forward for China to formulate relevant policies and carry out relevant practices. The development of the previous learning evaluation system is inseparable from the development of higher education, the improvement of the status of adult education, the promotion of specialized institutions and the independent development of educational institutions. Only with the cooperation of stakeholders and the concept of lifelong learning can the project proceed smoothly.
