新手-熟手-专家型教师幸福感的比较研究

【摘要】：目的:探讨新手、熟手、专家型教师幸福感的差异。方法:采用综合幸福问卷和教师职业幸福感问卷对1608名中小学教师进行测查。结果:1综合幸福感上,新手-熟手-专家型教师在生活满意、人格成长、自我价值、友好关系、利他行为、负性情感维度上存在显著差异。2职业幸福感上,新手-熟手-专家型教师在自我实现、工作本身、社会支持、学生家长、整体幸福维度上存在显著差异。结论:综合幸福感方面,专家型教师生活满意水平较高,更注重人格成长与自我价值的提高,也会产生更多的利他行为,而新手型教师更关注友好关系,但会产生较多的负面情绪;职业幸福感方面,新手型教师将较多精力花费在工作本身与学生家长上,得到更多的社会支持,且整体幸福较高,而专家型教师在自我实现上投入更多的关注。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the differences of happiness among novice, proficient and expert teachers. Methods: 1608 primary and middle school teachers were investigated by comprehensive happiness questionnaire and teachers' occupational well-being questionnaire. Results: (1) there were significant differences in life satisfaction, personality growth, self-worth, friendly relationship, altruistic behavior, negative affective dimensions between novice, acquaintance and expert teachers. There are significant differences in self-realization, job itself, social support, student parents and overall happiness of novice, proficient and expert teachers. Conclusion: in the aspect of comprehensive well-being, the level of life satisfaction of expert teachers is higher, more attention is paid to the growth of personality and self-worth, and more altruistic behavior will be produced, while novice teachers pay more attention to friendly relations. But it will produce more negative emotions; In terms of occupational well-being, novice teachers spend more energy on their work and parents, get more social support, and overall happiness is higher, while expert teachers pay more attention to self-realization.
